Client X approached our parent company, Ruby Digital, to modernize their outdated website and make it more aligned with their global brand identity. The goal was to create a trusted, user-friendly platform that would enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Phase 1 focused on a complete website makeover to improve usability and mobile accessibility. Phase 2 aimed to introduce geo-specific functionality and advanced filtering to cater to multiple markets.
The existing Client X website was outdated, lacked mobile optimization, and offered a poor user experience. Competitors had more focused offerings and better online platforms, while Client X needed a solution that could serve multiple countries effectively. Improving navigation and usability was critical to support their global reach.
As part of phase 1, RubyWeb delivered a full redesign to create an interactive, engaging, and easy-to-navigate site, ensuring mobile responsiveness for optimal user experience.
During phase 2, we implemented country-specific features, including an Australian subdirectory accessible via a country selector, as well as enhanced product filtering for South Africa (/en-za/) and Australia (/en-au/) to improve usability across regions.
The website is now fully brand-aligned, geo-friendly, and mobile-optimized.
